About
PlainKits builds small, single-purpose Shopify apps — why that constraint exists, how the apps are built, and who is behind them.
Why PlainKits exists
PlainKits builds simple Shopify apps that make everyday store work easier. We focus on clear tasks, understandable controls, and fewer repetitive steps, so merchants can spend more time on their products and customers.
How we work
We aim to keep each app focused, explain what it does before you use it, and request the permissions needed for its function. Our apps work inside Shopify admin, and merchant billing is handled through Shopify.
Who is behind it
PlainKits is operated by Craftheon, LLC, a company registered in Delaware, USA. We build and support our apps as a small team.
For help or feedback, email support@plainkits.com. A person from the team usually replies within a couple of business days.
