Release notes for PlainKits Image Export — dated updates covering new features, fixes, and improvements to bulk Shopify product image exports.
August 16, 2026
- Added 8 more languages — German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Italian, Dutch, and Swedish — for 10 total. Change your language in Settings.
- Dashboard, Settings, Billing, and History now show their layout immediately instead of a blank page while data loads.
- Corrected the Pro plan's monthly image allowance to 100,000.
- Added a prompt to leave a review after a successful export download.

- Export archives now expire on a predictable schedule — 7 days on the Free plan, 6 months on paid plans — with automatic cleanup once they do.
- Localized and clarified the retention and status messaging shown on each export.

- Connected the production export pipeline: exports started from the Products list, a product page, or a collection now produce a real, downloadable ZIP with
manifest.csv. - Added usage-based billing and the monthly plan allowances.
- Added export history, with per-job logs and status.
- Rebuilt the export flow as a guided filter → preview → purpose → structure → confirm wizard.
