Can I export images from only certain Shopify products?+
Yes. Start from selected products or collections in Shopify Admin, or filter by collection, vendor, status, inventory, and date inside the app.
How are exported image files named?+
Choose from product handles, SKUs, original file names, or readable image indexes. The app adds safe suffixes when needed so files are never silently overwritten.
What is included in the ZIP?+
The ZIP contains the successfully exported product images in your chosen folder structure plus manifest.csv, which maps every file to its Shopify product data.
Does Premium limit how many images I can export?+
No. Premium has no app-side export limit. Usage is reported only after a ZIP succeeds, and Shopify applies the pricing configured for the current billing cycle.
How long are export archives available?+
Free archives are available for 7 days. Premium archives are retained for 6 months so your team can return to completed exports later.
